Our wedding photography packages are transparent and start from about ₹60,000 for a single day coverage. We want you to be able to choose the level of coverage that suits your needs and your budget. So we have three clear tiers—Basic, Premium, and Luxury. Each package details exactly what’s included: hours of coverage, number of photographers and key deliverables. For example, a Basic package usually includes 6-8 hours of coverage by one photographer (400-800 edited images and a digital gallery). A Premium package includes a full 10 – 12 hour day with two photographers, 800+ edited images, a premium wedding album, and often a highlight video. Our Luxury package (multi-day or all-day coverage) includes a bigger team (4-6 shooters), full photographic and cinematic film coverage, deluxe albums, and other perks. We list all details clearly and will customize any package to your vision, just ask us about custom packages if your celebration has special requirements.

• Basic Package (Single-Day Candid Photography) – Approx. 6-8 hours, 1 photographer, Approx. 300-500 edited photos, online gallery.
• Premium Package (Full-Day Photography + Film) – ~10-12 hours, 2 photographers, 600+ edited photos, online gallery, premium printed album, highlight film.
• Luxury Package (Multi-Day Cinematic Coverage) – 2-3+ photographers, all major events (often 2-3 days), full film (15-45+ min) plus shorter teasers, high-end albums/prints, etc.

We capture the moments as they happen: the laughter, the tears, the real embraces, and no forced poses. This is the difference between staged shots in the traditional sense and candid ones: candid photography captures real feelings and real interactions, not just posed scenes. We do both. We are blatantly documenting the entire event but also leading you into some pretty couple's portraits and family poses.

Do photographers do haldi, mehndi, sangeet, and reception functions? Yes, we cover all the wedding related events you need - from Haldi & Mehndi to Sangeet, wedding ceremony & reception. We can build packages around any of your events. For example, a multi-day package may include Mehndi (Day 1), Barat (Day 2) and Reception (Day 3). We generally only book one photographer team per event, but for larger weddings two to three shooters are often a help to capture parallel happenings.

How many photographers will be shooting the wedding? Our Basic package includes 1+1 photographers as a default. Premium packages also come with 2+1 photographers (e.g., one shoots the bride’s side, another the groom’s) for more angles and guest coverage. Luxury and multi-day packages usually include 3+ shooters (plus a cinematographer). More photographers are available upon request. More shooters = more complete coverage (more candids, multiple angles on key moments).

How long will it take to receive my wedding photos and video? We bet you’re excited to see your memories. We normally send a sneak peek or a few highlight pictures within 1-2 weeks after the wedding. Delivery is staged, with edited photos and a short teaser delivered 2-3 weeks after the wedding and the full gallery and video delivered within 10-12 weeks. For example, Upasna Studio Photography (Delhi) states ~2 weeks for a selection of photos and 10-12 weeks for all deliverables. We are big on quality editing, so it takes time, but we are clear about timing in your contract.

Can we tailor our wedding photography package? Of course. All of the packages on our list are starting points. You can add or delete services. (Extra shooting hours, second videographer, same-day edit, bridal portrait session, drone, albums, etc.) As stated in our FAQ, listed prices are "estimates," and we provide a final quote based on your needs. Simply tell us what is important to you, and we will create a package around it.

Do you travel outside Delhi NCR for destination weddings? Yes, we do cover weddings anywhere in India. We travel a lot for destination weddings. Includes regular travel costs in India. Upasna Studio Photography's policy states they cover “anywhere in India” (special rates for outside Delhi NCR).Just plan the details in advance.

Do packages include bridal portrait shoots? Most couples want time for one-on-one “bride (or groom) portrait” moments before or after the ceremony. In a full-day package, we usually have 20-30 minutes of dedicated couple portraits (usually after the ceremony or during a gap). If you want a longer solo bridal shoot (special location), we can add that on. When you’re customizing your package, just say it.

Can we choose our own wedding music for cinematographic movies? We ask couples to suggest music they enjoy. Tell us your preferences when planning the video.

How many edited images will we get? It depends on the package and the length of the wedding. As a rough guide, basic one-day coverage will normally provide 500-600 final images. Usually a full day (10-12h) yields 400-600+ images, especially when you have multiple photographers. Multi-day coverage can provide 800-1200 or more. We don't count raw images; the above figures are for fully edited, high-res photos.

How is the payment done for the booking confirmation? To secure your date we require a booking advance (usually 25-30%) of the total package cost, with the balance payable prior to your wedding or on the day. This deposit is a confirmation of your reservation (and protects us from double booking). We’ll detail the payment schedule in our contract. We accept bank transfer or UPI for your convenience.

Do you do couple reels and Instagram wedding content? Yes! As part of our cinematography package or as an add on, we can also provide short video reels for Instagram. These are fun, shareable moments (dance highlights, short clips of the decor, etc.) edited specifically for social media. Just put this in your package details.

Do you photograph intimate weddings and home weddings? Of course. Intimate home weddings are very special as they allow us to capture personal moments really close up. We’re comfortable with small-scale home ceremonies and micro-weddings. “We treat all weddings the same, big or small. In fact, many of our best portraits are from relaxed ceremonies at home.

Are photographers good with pose ideas at the shoot? Sure. It’s our job to get you into comfortable, flattering poses when needed. Candid moments happen naturally, but for group shots or couple portraits, we guide you—whether it’s a romantic stance, a playful jump, or how to stand with family. If you have any specific poses or themes in mind, our team will hear you out as well.
