Wedding days in Ahinsa Khand (Indirapuram, Ghaziabad) are full of rich rituals, bustling venues, and unique lighting challenges. From sunrise baraats under Delhi’s winter mist to festive receptions in cavernous banquet halls, every detail matters. Indirapuram’s venues – whether a grand hotel ballroom or an open-air farmhouse – present distinct opportunities and constraints. We plan carefully for tight stage spaces (like those at Orchid Farms) and crowded indoor ceremonies (e.g. at Golden Castle Banquets), mapping out entry photography points and guest flow to make sure we’re always in the right place at the right time.
We understand Indirapuram’s wedding timeline – the morning Haldi and Baraat rush, midday receptions at Radisson Blu Kaushambi, and late-night sangeets at local lawns. Our approach focuses on realistic wedding pacing and venue logistics. We watch how guests move between Shipra Mall’s courtyards or palace-style banquet interiors, coordinating shots across locations. By knowing typical ceremony timings (for example, many Sikh Anand Karajs in nearby temples start by 10 AM, while Hindu pheras often begin by noon or after dusk) we align our schedule to capture every key moment. Avoiding clichés and staged poses, we focus on genuine emotion: the bride’s first smile, a father’s tear at Puja, the bridegroom’s triumphant baraat entrance, all framed by the vibrant decor of Indirapuram’s top venues.
At Upasna Studio Photography, our team lives and shoots in Delhi NCR, specializing in Ghaziabad and Indirapuram weddings. We leverage seasonal lighting and local event patterns to our advantage. For instance, winter weddings can bring early-morning fog around Orchid Farms and Anant Royal Farmhouse; we scout sunrise shots then, turning misty dawns into soft-focus romance. In summers, we plan indoor shoots at venues like Country Inn Sahibabad when the sun is harsh, using natural light from windows and warm flash for balanced portraits. During monsoon season, we arrange backup plans (covered banquets like Radisson Noida) and arrive early with waterproof gear – our experience means we rarely miss a shot even if the skies open.
We also know NCR wedding schedules intimately. Typically, a Hindu wedding might have Haldi in the morning and a reception in the evening; a Punjabi couple often dances through a Sangeet at night. We coordinate with local vendors and planners (florists, decorators, DJs, and bridal teams) so our shots sync with the event flow. For example, when Ambrosia Palace schedules a morning Anand Karaj at its in-house temple, we position one photographer at the mandap and another covering the groom’s baraat en route. When a Bar & Bat Mitzvah or Christian ceremony happens in a Ghaziabad church, we capture the emotional vows and community reactions. Each example above is drawn from our real wedding experience in Indirapuram and neighboring Ghaziabad.
We thrive in both indoor and outdoor venues. We’ve shot intimate pujas in one of Orchid Farms’ cosy halls and grand haldis in its sprawling lawn. We coordinate with caterers and venue managers at Club CG Raheja (Ghaziabad) or Shipra Garden Banquets to ensure logistics like power timing do not interrupt photography. In short, our local expertise means we understand Ahinsa Khand weddings from the inside out – how vendors work, how family members interact, and how to adapt to last-minute changes, so your gallery feels relaxed and personal rather than staged or generic.
Upasna Studio Photography offers a range of styles to suit every couple’s vision. We blend them as needed throughout your wedding:
Candid Wedding Photography: We capture spontaneous emotions – the laughter during Haldi, your parents’ joyful tears during the pheras, children stealing a bite of the wedding cake. Candid images tell your story in real time. We use long lenses to photograph unnoticed and fast shutters to freeze playful gulal moments at a Punjabi wedding or an excited baraat dancers (dhol in hand!). Best for colorful, high-energy functions like Mehendi and Reception when guests are interacting freely.
Documentary Wedding Photography: Our documentary approach sees your wedding as a narrative. We photograph from the very start of the day to the last dance, ensuring every ceremony and behind-the-scenes moment is recorded. This style works best for multi-day or multi-venue celebrations in NCR – for example, when you have a morning Anand Karaj in East Delhi and an evening reception in Indirapuram, we create a cohesive visual story of the day. It’s also ideal for Sikh weddings where capturing rituals (Anand Karaj, milni, mitar piya) in context is crucial.
Luxury Wedding Photography: This is our editorial, glamorous side. We design posed sessions and detail shots that reflect sophistication. For instance, we might set aside 20 minutes before sunrise at Radisson Blu Kaushambi to style the couple for a high-fashion portrait, or photograph the bride in couture lehenga at a dramatic entrance (the grand staircase at Golden Castle Banquets or Orchid Farms’ foyer). We coach couples into elegant poses while using premium lighting gear to make skin and fabrics glow. Luxury photography shines when your wedding has upscale decor – crystal chandeliers, flower canopies, and rich color palettes – turning them into fine-art images.
Cinematic Wedding Films: Our videography team creates cinematic highlight films that feel like short movies. We use storytelling pacing, music, and creative camera moves (like drone fly-overs at Grand Piazza or gimbal walks down a stage aisle) to give your wedding film a movie-like quality. For example, we might capture your entrance from a low-wide angle with the Radisson’s grand lobby behind you, or pan through the banquet as dancers swirl on the floor. Cinematic films are perfect for sharing on social media or big-screens; they work in any venue – especially those with visual impact, like a mandap framed by the setting sun at Orchid Farms.
Couple Portraits: These sessions are about “just the two of you”. Often held during golden hour or in a scenic corner of the venue, we craft intimate and creative portraits. At Indirapuram lawns like Raj Vilas, we might use the pergola for romantic backlit shots. Indoors, at venues like Monarch Banquets, we look for soft window light to highlight your features. Couple sessions are scheduled when the bridal party relaxes, so we can focus solely on you without the crowd. These portraits become signature pieces in your album, showing off your wedding attire and chemistry in a way no candid could.
Bridal Portraits: A bridal-only shoot (often a few weeks before the wedding) where we devote an hour to capturing you in your outfit. We shoot in both the venue (e.g. a high-ceiling hotel room at Radisson) and a complementary location (like a garden outside Orchid Farms) to create variety. These images focus on your jewelry, makeup details, and expressions when you’re alone and glowing. They work best in soft morning light and with simpler backgrounds (pale walls, lilies, or gentle drapes) so the bridal details pop.
Family Storytelling: Weddings are family stories. We photograph grandparents, siblings, children, capturing the generational joy. For example, in Punjabi weddings we focus on grandma tying bridal jewelry (sehra tiye) or kids throwing flower petals. In Christian weddings, we linger on family hugs after the ceremony. We coordinate big family portraits with ease – at Orchid Farms lawn or Radisson lobby – arranging people so tall relatives are behind, children in front, ensuring everyone is seen. This style shines in group settings and emphasizes connections: notice in our photos how a father’s proud gaze or a child’s cheeky grin tell half the story.
Each style above is chosen for specific moments. Candid and documentary run throughout your day; luxury and portrait shoots are scheduled segments; bridal and family sessions may take place before or after the main events. By mixing them, we ensure your gallery has variety – from artfully posed elegance to real-life candids – all with a premium, personalized look.
Every culture brings unique rituals. At Upasna Studio Photography, we’re prepared to capture them all with respect and creativity:
Punjabi Weddings: High on color and energy. We focus on the groom’s spirited Baraat (often arriving atop a vintage car or in a procession with dhol and visuals), capturing his entrance from multiple angles to showcase the mood and movement. The Anand Karaj (if held locally) is rich with traditions like Milni (family meeting), which we photograph candidly as elders greet each other, and Jaimala (exchange of garlands) with telephoto shots to frame the joyous exchange. In the evening, the Sangeet’s dance battles under strobe lighting demand fast lenses and high-ISO settings. We know Punjabi weddings can last very late – we keep an on-site photographer till 3 AM to capture that final trip down memory lane and the traditionally spirited phere gai (circumambulations by torchlight).
Hindu Weddings: We document every sacred moment – from the Haldi ceremony at home (using warm, diffused light to bring out the turmeric’s vibrancy) to the Phere (saptapadi). During pheras, we often stand opposite the mandap to capture the bride’s expressions through the pooja thali’s haze, and we circle around to photograph the groom’s determined stride. We also capture detailed shots of the mangalsutra tying and sindoor, which require close-ups with shallow depth of field to highlight these tiny focal points. For South Indian ceremonies (often in Indirapuram or Noida), we adjust for longer, continuous rituals: we’ll walk the couple through the Kanyadaan and Nava Graha Puja to get cinematic coverage, knowing these ceremonies span morning to afternoon and often involve vivid temple backdrops.
Sikh Weddings: The heart of Sikh tradition is the Anand Karaj. If held at a gurudwara or decorated hall, we capture the couple’s solemn moment circling the Guru Granth Sahib, focusing on their faces and the scripture. We also photograph the bride’s traditional Chunni (veil) moment when family places it on her head, and the Laaja (rice sprinkling). Sikh receptions have lively Bhangra and Dhol, so we use fast shutter and wide angles to catch the high jumps and spinning cloaks. We also ensure to cover any Ardaas or Langar scenes, showing the community aspect. The ceremony’s moving processional (jora charrhana) gets special attention: we often set a camera on a gimbal to follow the bride and groom seamlessly.
Christian Weddings: If a ceremony takes place in Indirapuram (some couples use local churches or chapels), we focus on white-balancing warmly for the bride’s dress and the candles. We capture the aisle walk with both wide shots (for the grand stained-glass frames) and close-ups (veils brushing cheeks). Essential moments are the exchange of vows/rings and the first kiss – we often set one camera on manual focus for that kiss to avoid autofocus delays. For outdoor Christian weddings (e.g. at a farmhouse lawn), we shoot sun-dappled couple portraits under trees. We also photograph the festive Grand Exit (confetti or bubbles) with high-speed sync to freeze flying petals.
South Indian Weddings (e.g. Tamil, Telugu): These ceremonies include unique rituals. For instance, the Kashi Yatra (bride’s mock run to the temple) and Oonjal (swing ceremony) are very visual – we plan lighting from four sides of the swing to capture the bride and groom from any seat. The Varmala (garlanding) is shot head-on and from above (balcony or ladder) to catch the vibrant flowers. South Indian decor has rich silk backdrops and yellow-marigold setups; we use these colors to our advantage by adjusting white balance to make reds and golds pop. Portraits often happen on the verandah (a typical site for seating the bride and groom), lit by natural light filtering through coconut palm.
By dedicating separate coverage to each tradition’s key moments, we ensure no ritual feels rushed. Our experience tells us where to stand – for example, during the Vidai (farewell) of a Hindu bride, we move outside to catch both the family’s emotional faces and the galloping car pulling away.
We offer tailored wedding photography and videography services for Ahinsa Khand couples, including:

No exaggerated claims – just straightforward expertise. Our clients often comment that we “felt like friends on camera,” and note our professionalism from start to finish. Upasna Studio Photography’s blend of local knowledge, technical skill, and warm service makes us the top choice for couples in Ahinsa Khand and beyond.
Drawing on our years of experience in Indirapuram and Ghaziabad, here are some practical tips we apply on your wedding day:
Our experience covers every major Indirapuram venue. Below, we highlight how lighting and layout at these locations shape our photo plan:
Radisson Blu Hotel, Kaushambi Delhi NCR: This luxury hotel offers six elegant ballrooms and separate entryways for baraat processions. Stage lighting here is bright and warm, ideal for colorful decor (flower walls and chandeliers) but can cast strong shadows in candid moments. We balance it with flash during reception dances. Portraits work best in the grand lobby or by the pool deck, which light up beautifully at sunset. As the venue accommodates up to 3,000 guests, we often spread out – one photographer on the stage and another capturing guest interactions from the back, ensuring no moment is missed. For decor compatibility, the Radisson’s neutral tones and greenery complement vibrant lehengas and sherwanis, so couples stand out crisply against the background.
Radisson Blu Towers, Kaushambi: Similar to its sister property, Towers Kaushambi has spacious halls and a bright ballroom atmosphere. We use its mirrored columns and marble floors for reflective portraits. Because both Radissons feature extensive terrace and pool areas, we also schedule early-evening couple sessions by the poolside, using the water and city lights for cinematic silhouettes.
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sahibabad: Known for its indoor banquet and adjoining courtyard, this hotel sees strong noon sunlight seeping through glass ceilings. We often shoot high-contrast family portraits in the courtyard under a diffused portable softbox. Indoors, the lighting is cooler; we position our cameras to avoid shooting directly into the central chandelier, using side angles to capture table and stage lighting elegantly. Its decor is modern and understated, so photo sessions tend to focus on candid interactions near the entrance and the lush garden.
Radisson Hotel, Noida: A nearby 5-star favorite with dark-paneled halls and a rooftop lawn. If your wedding is here, we recommend a late-afternoon portrait session on the terrace (the descending sun produces golden backlight). Inside the ballroom, ornate curtains and crystal chandeliers create a dramatic scene – we favor wide-angle shots during speeches and tight close-ups at dinner to showcase the ambiance. The Radisson Noida’s upscale vibe pairs well with luxury attire and allows elaborate mandap setups; we often use standing flash to illuminate mandap colors fully during ceremonies.
Wow Ceremonial Banquet (Indirapuram): A popular mid-sized hall with bright stage LED panels. The mood lighting changes frequently, so we set cameras to continuous focus to catch every dance move. For portraits, the entrance lobby offers a warm, inviting glow, so we quickly snap family formal shots as guests arrive (using off-camera flash for even exposure). At Wow Ceremonial, crowd flow is straightforward – everyone funnels into one main hall, which lets us predict guest positions. The decor is rich in reds and golds, which warm up skin tones beautifully; we just watch for any glare off the shiny floor.
Golden Castle Banquets (Jaipuria Mall, Indirapuram): This opulent hall sits above Jaipuria Mall, within Ahinsa Khand. It seats around 250 at tables (500 standing). The stage is traditionally lit with gold floodlights. In practice, we compensate by keeping our ISO moderate and using flash on dark-skinned relatives under the stage lights. Portrait opportunities abound at the stairwell entrance and the indoor balcony; however, we must be mindful of the mall’s overhead lighting reflecting in guests’ eyes. For couple sessions, we love the mall’s rooftop (weather permitting), or the mall’s vaastu-inspired fountain area at dusk, which offers romantic blue-hour ambiance against the city lights.
The Monarch Banquets (Ahinsa Khand 1, Indirapuram): A multi-hall venue with three halls (max 500 capacity). Each has a different stage orientation. We typically position one photographer back-to-back on two stages in concurrent events (Sangeet in Hall 2, wedding in Hall 1, for example). The walls are ivory and the lighting is soft amber – ideal for natural portraits without much flash. The decor is moderate (mostly draping), so we capture family portraits along its long red carpet aisles. Guests often congregate near the entrance; we use that area (and the small foyer) for candid shots as people mingle. Because the Monarch is next to Ambrosia Palace, we occasionally combine shoots at both venues.
The Grand Piazza (Vasundhara-Indirapuram Highway): One of the largest outdoor lawns in East Delhi. Sprawling green lawns (Lawn 1 and Lawn 2) can host up to 1,300 guests. We plan for wide-angle golden-hour portraits amid its trees and fountains. Lighting-wise, natural light dominates – by late evening we rely on the venue’s uplights and our flash units to maintain color. Entrance shots are spectacular: the gated entry off the highway cuts through gaps of hedges, creating a natural frame for car entrances. For couple portraits, the expansive lawns let us use drones and wide compositions – we often fly low around the newlywed pair at sunset, capturing the remaining sun rays behind them. Rain backup is essential here; we scout the indoor party plot (Lawn 2’s covered area) in advance and keep it on standby for ceremonies or dances.
Wow Palace Banquet (Indirapuram): A grand banquet on Jaipuria Mall’s second floor. Its high-ceiling hall and vibrant floral decor make for rich, saturated photographs. The stage has royal purple and pink lighting; we neutralize it by mixing in daylight-balanced flash, so skin tones stay natural. Family portraits on the steps leading to the stage entrance always pop against the red carpet. Crowd flow is generally counter-clockwise around the central hall; knowing this, we position videographers and photographers to cover opposite sides and avoid colliding.
Orchid Farms, Indirapuram (Banquet + Lawn): A premium venue with a big green carpeted lawn and covered banquet hall, Orchid Farms (near CISF Camp Road) offers a grand entrance courtyard. By day, we use the lawn’s open space for natural, airy portrait shoots. Golden hour is stunning here – we often stage a couple shoot near the illuminated palm trees or under the traditional Indian chhatris (gazebos) on the lawn. The indoor hall has a high decorated ceiling, so dance shots from the center capture lots of sparkles. We also photograph ceremonies at its mandap (usually on the lawn); when the sun sets, we turn up our off-camera strobes to balance the stage LEDs. Orchid’s mix of indoor and outdoor allows flexibility: if it rains (monsoon season), we move ceremonies inside easily without losing aesthetic. The venue’s capacity (~1,200 guests) also means we split our team (two photographers, one videographer) to cover both bride and groom getting ready on opposite sides, ensuring no moment is missed.
3G Celebration Banquet (Shakti Khand 2, Indirapuram): A modern hall with “3G Diamond” and “3G Green” sections, accommodating 525 to 800 people. Multiple halls allow two events at once (e.g. wedding in Diamond, reception in Green). Stage lighting here includes moving LED bars, which create dynamic color shifts. We handle this by setting cameras to auto white balance and capturing a few shots to gauge exposure. Portraits of the couple are often shot in the lobby, which has warm wall sconces. An advantage here is ample valet and parking for 500 cars – families can arrive unhurried. For ceremony shots, we use wide lenses to include the high ceiling and structural beams for drama. Because it’s near DPS Indirapuram school, we often walk a few steps outside for quick couple photos under shaded trees if needed, to vary the backdrop from the indoor monochrome.
The Grand Palace Banquet (Shakti Khand 2, Indirapuram): A multi-hall complex with ornate red-and-gold decor. The stage is often draped in royal blue lights. We prepare by carrying an extra orange gel for our flash to match the warm environment. Portraits in its lobby (with polished marble) provide clean, glossy backgrounds. This venue’s wings allow an easy breakout of ceremonies by event – for instance, Sindoor Daan at one mandap in Hall 1 and Phere in Hall 2. We’ll split our crew so that both haldi and pheras are concurrently covered, using radio triggers to sync cameras. The stage steps at The Grand Palace are also a favorite spot for capturing entry shots (couple ascending the stage) with the venue name elegantly lit behind them.
Anant Royal Diamond Farmhouse (Ahinsa Khand 2, Indirapuram): A countryside-style venue with indoor halls and open lawn. Its name speaks to royal style – a painted ceiling and ornate pillars. At Anant, golden hour portraits on the lawn are magical: the rolling lawn and gazebo structures give a fairy-tale feel. We often shoot a cross-backlit portrait of the couple walking down the long lawn path as the sun dips. Drone flights above the pavilion capture the symmetry of this venue. For weddings (especially Punjabi or Hindu mandaps), the morning sunlight through the open grass can be harsh; we mitigate by scheduling baraat entry closer to sunset or using large diffusers. The interior hall has chandeliers, so we rely on flash for crisp indoor portraits without yellow cast. Weather-wise, the farmhouse is mostly open, so for a rain plan we check the large covered veranda (which is nearly banquet-size) to continue a ceremony if needed.
Raj Vilas Farmhouse: A scenic venue with courtyard gardens and antique decor. We plan couple portraits near its fountain or under bougainvillea arches – local brides love how these spots pop with bridal red and gold lehengas. The morning mist on the garden hedges can add a dreamy haze for outdoor shoots. Indoors, Raj Vilas’s dim amber lighting means we either boost ISO slightly or do short-gallery (5D Mark IV with prime lens) to keep shots sharp. If guests do a daytime outdoor mehndi, we shoot lively candid and macro shots of the mehndi patterns in sunlight.
Orchid Farms (Farmhouse setting): Although it’s called a banquet, Orchid Farms also feels like a farmhouse with its lawn and garden corners. Apart from hall shots, we treat it as a garden shoot location. The entry archway is perfect for welcome portraits. If a couple opts for a night torchlight ceremony, the open-air setting allows dramatic backlighting; we’ll light the scene with off-camera LEDs to highlight the couple against the dark lawn.
Dr. Mukesh Farmhouse: A rustic venue with open greens and a small waterbody. We scout vantage points like a wooden bridge or palm grove. Dusk silhouettes against its broad sky are always a hit. For daytime events, we place a second photographer by the pond to capture reflections of the bridal pair and decor in water (adding cinematic depth). Since it’s less polished than city banquet halls, we embrace its organic vibe – candid shots of children playing on the lawn, or group hugs under an old banyan tree.
Farm House Noida (e.g. Ambrosia Manor, Cloud Nine, etc.): Technically outside Indirapuram but often used by Indirapuram couples, these are sprawling estates. We treat them similarly to farmhouses – very open, great for drone fly-bys over the ceremony circle. For example, at Ambrosia, we time a sunset drone shot of the couple on the iconic facing archway (inspired by Taj Mahal). We also organize a side-light portrait under an old tree with arbor framing. The key is to plan early: these venues are huge, so we do a pre-wedding visit to map key photo zones (ponds, trellises, large flowerbeds).
Jungle69 (Aniaryan Indirapuram Farms): A boutique open-air venue surrounded by tall trees. Ideal for boho-themed weddings. We place tripod flash behind couple shots to create rim light through the canopy. Since Jungle69 is heavily green, color balance is easy – our couples pop brightly against the foliage. It’s great for outdoor ceremonies under pergolas, and we always keep a polarized filter to cut glare on any water or glass.
In each venue above, Upasna Studio’s experience means we know the best vantage points (e.g. second-floor balcony at Orchid Farms, rooftop at Park Inn Noida) and how to handle tricky lighting (like fluorescent hall lights). We adapt lens choices – wide for the Grand Piazza’s expanse, telephoto for intimate moments at Monarch. We also watch decor compatibility: bright floral setups (like a peacock-feather theme at Orchid) get shot with wide apertures to blur surroundings, making subjects stand out. The result is a gallery showing your wedding’s place and mood – whether it’s the grand scale of Radisson Blu or the personal warmth of a farmhouse.
Drawing on our years of experience in Indirapuram and Ghaziabad, here are some practical tips we apply on your wedding day:
Q: How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
A: For popular wedding months (November–February in NCR) and weekends, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. But even if your date is sooner, contact us – we may still have slots or offer an abbreviated package. Once booked, we secure your date with a contract and deposit.
Q: Can you cover multiple venues or cities?
A: Yes. Many couples split their functions between Ghaziabad venues (e.g. a morning puja in Indirapuram and an evening reception in Noida). We charge a modest travel fee for events beyond Ahinsa Khand. Our teams are ready for road logistics, and if it’s far (like a destination in Rajasthan), we offer dedicated destination-wedding packages including travel and lodging costs.
Q: Do you offer drone photography?
A: We do. We have a licensed drone pilot on our team for aerial shots at outdoor venues (Grand Piazza, farmhouses, etc.). Drones must stay within local regulations, so we file city approvals in advance when needed. Drone shots add dramatic perspective to your day (imagine a top-down view of your grand entry or the entire banquet lawn).
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We’re experienced in “rain plan” improvisation. First, most halls have indoor backup space (e.g. Orchid Farms hall, covered lawns). If an outdoor ceremony is planned, we stay flexible with timing (sometimes delaying a paar/wedding by 30 minutes for a break in rain). We bring umbrellas and protective coverings, and can shoot creative rain portraits if you’re adventurous (rain-dappled lenses can look very cinematic!). If heavy rain forces an entirely indoor shift, we’ll quickly reschedule small couples’ photos (maybe post-reception or next morning) to still capture a few outside shots.
Q: How long until we receive our photos and videos?
A: We give a sneak peek of 20–30 images within 1 week of your wedding. Full photo galleries are typically ready in 6–8 weeks. Cinematic highlight films usually take 8–10 weeks. We communicate milestones to you, so you always know where we’re at. Our goal is to deliver heartfelt, edited memories promptly so you can relive your day soon after.
Q: Can we customize an album or video add-ons?
A: Absolutely. Albums are optional add-ons (we use high-quality linen/leather covers and lay-flat pages). You can choose the size and format (digital or print). For video, beyond the highlights we can provide a longer “ceremony edit” of 20–30 minutes. Each customization will be priced transparently and based on consultation. We find most couples love having the highlight reel plus a keepsake album, but we tailor everything to your wishes.
Q: What is your team size on the wedding day?
A: For full-day coverage, we usually send 2 photographers and 1 videographer (sometimes 3 with a second videographer for multi-ceremony days). Small weddings can be covered by 1 photographer if needed. Our crew size will be confirmed in your package. Additional shooters can be arranged for very large events or multi-locations (e.g. pre-wedding shoots on one day, wedding on another).
Q: Do you travel for destination weddings?
A: Yes. We’ve covered weddings across India (Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, Kerala) and abroad (Dubai, Thailand). For destination weddings, we’ll factor in travel and lodging for our team. It’s best to book early, and often these packages have different rates due to extended days of coverage. We love documenting love stories everywhere – outside NCR our pricing starts at ₹1.2 lakh (indicative) for full packages, with all travel included in that quote.
Q: What are your editing style and retouch policies?
A: Our signature look is natural yet vibrant – we enhance colors and clarity, but keep skin tones true. We do minor retouching (blemish removal, gentle teeth whitening, background cleanup). Heavy manipulations (like body slimming, virtual hair changes) are not done, as we believe in authenticity. If you have specific retouch requests (like grainy black & white, or artistic filters), let us know before editing begins, and we’ll incorporate them.
Q: How do we ensure candid moments are captured?
A: We mingle unobtrusively like guests with cameras. We keep chatting with you and your party to know when big moments (a surprise entry, a hidden laugh) are coming. Our second photographer always roams with a long lens, perfect for snapping genuine reactions. We also check in with you mid-ceremony (via signals with the DJ or coordinator) about any surprises you’ve planned, so we can focus our lenses there.
Q: What COVID/health precautions do you follow?
A: (Though restrictions have eased, this may still be relevant.) We can follow any required guidelines: masking off-camera, sanitizer use, etc. We also keep a backup photographer available in case any team member falls ill last-minute, so your wedding coverage is never jeopardized.
Q: Can you accommodate intimate or micro-weddings?
A: Absolutely. We’ve shot many small, 50-guest weddings (especially after 2020). Our team adapts to capture every intimate detail, even with 1 or 2 photographers. Package options are flexible; for example, a 4-hour half-day coverage is often enough for small ceremonies and family time. We treat intimate weddings with the same passion as grand ones – whether it’s a quiet mandap at home or a garden elopement, the moments are just as precious.
Q: How do we reserve our date and pay?
A: To book, we require a signed contract and a 25% advance. The remaining balance is usually paid 2 weeks before the wedding. Payment can be via bank transfer or cheque. Once booked, we block your date exclusively and begin planning (so please let us know as soon as you decide!).

"This Man Is Naughty, He Makes You Hear Naughty Stuff Just To Get A Smile Captured. One Can Question His Post Day Alternate Profession.! Lol. He Is Witty And Creative But But But I Will Not Shy Away In Taking Credit For All The Conceptualization Which Happened Behind My "Already-A-Hit Pre-Wedding Video". And His Team Members Appu And Deepak Are Seeing Each Other, They Are Hiding Away Confessing It Openly. "
